Mitch is a transplant from East Tennessee. Before joining Wolff Ardis, he worked for a boutique law firm focusing on health and welfare plan and retirement plan construction under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). As an associate with Wolff Ardis, Mitch focuses special research topics under state, federal, and international laws related to products liability.
