Kip Whittemore joined Wolff Ardis, P.C. in January of 2011. He received a B.S. in Marketing from Drake University in 1996. After graduating, he was awarded an internship with the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association. Upon completion of the Bulls internship, he took a job as the Director of Marketing with the Albuquerque Dukes, the then AAA baseball team of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
In 1998, he accepted a position in the athletic department of the University of New Mexico. While at the University of New Mexico, he received an M.S. in Sports Administration in 1999.
Mr. Whittemore received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2004. Throughout law school he clerked, and upon graduation, became an associate at Jones & Davis, L.L.P. At Jones & Davis, L.L.P., his practice included general corporate and business law, intellectual property, commercial real estate, and sports law.
In 2005, Mr. Whittemore accepted a job as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Benton County, Arkansas. As a prosecutor, he was responsible for prosecuting felonies in Benton County. In 2007, Mr. Whittemore was appointed as a Special Assistant to the United States Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas. As a result, in addition to his duties as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Benton County, he was able to prosecute select cases in federal court.
Mr. Whittemore has tried over twenty cases and has represented clients from across the United States. He focuses his practice at Wolff Ardis, P.C. on products liability litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee.
