Elaine received her B.A. from Boston University and J.D. from Mississippi College of Law. After clerking for Judge Oliver Diaz at the Mississippi Court of Appeals, Elaine joined a boutique litigation firm where she began to represent victims of crime in civil actions. Since then Elaine has represented dozens of victims recovering compensation for their injuries.
Elaine’s practice areas include premises liability-inadequate security, employment cases and commercial litigation and products liability.
Elaine serves on the board of the Tennessee ACLU.
