Ami Davé joined Wolff Ardis, P.C. in October 2015. Ms. Davé graduated from Boston University in 2008 with a B.S. in Advertising, summa cum laude, B.A. in Environmental Analysis and Policy, magna cum laude, and a minor in Dance. As a law student, she interned in labor and employment law with the United States Department of the Interior, and advocated for the human rights of refugees and asylees at the Organization for Refuge, Asylum, and Migration in San Francisco.
Ms. Davé earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2012. After passing the California bar that summer, Ms. Davé worked as in-house counsel for a non-profit organization bringing actions against companies, under California Proposition 65, for selling dietary supplements without warning consumers that they were contaminated with lead and other toxic chemicals. Ms. Davé moved to Memphis in 2014, earned her Tennessee license, and practiced transactional and family law before joining Wolff Ardis.
Ms. Davé focuses her practice on products liability claims against automobile manufacturers; professional liability claims, including financial institution bond claims and directors’ and officers’ liability claims; family law, and general civil litigation.
Ms. Davé has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Whitney, and is an avid traveler who grew up in India and Arkansas. She has run marathons, half-marathons, and a 220-mile relay across all 6 New England states.
